CA. Vipin Aggarwal, founder partner, graduated from Ramjas College, Delhi University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1975. He has over 43 years of experience in fields of Audits - Statutory, Internal and Concurrent (Companies, Financial Institutions, Banks, NGOs, Government Authorities etc.) and Business Consulting. He has been involved in the audit of major corporate and non-corporate clients. He also has experience as a financial advisor/consultant of many corporate clients. He also assists clients, both individuals and corporate in Direct Tax & he has rich knowledge of GST in the area of Indirect Taxes. He is also involved in the Company Law, LLP, ROC related areas. He has an extensive exposure of Indian Accounting, Auditing Standards, and GST. He renders advisory, planning and compliance services for corporates on Income Tax matters. He has extensive experience in representing cases before various Appellate authorities including Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). He is also Director in many companies and Trustee in many other Trust/Societies.

CA. Sameer Kudsia, founder partner, is a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University in 1985. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988. He has over 30 years of extensive experience in the fields of Statutory, Internal and Concurrent Audits (Companies, Financial Institutions, Banks, NGOs, and Government Authorities etc.) and Business Consulting, MIS, Cost Control Measures. He is widely experienced in designing of Accounting Systems and internal procedures and controls. His fields of expertise include Company Law Matters, Taxation (Income Tax & GST) (planning and representing before appropriate authorities), Wealth Advisory and Succession Planning.

CA. Anil G Seth, partner, is a commerce graduate from Delhi University. After his graduation, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982. He has over 36 years of extensive experience in the fields of Statutory, Internal and Concurrent Audits. His fields of expertise include Company Law matters and Taxation.

CA. Suneer Kudsia, partner, is a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi. After his graduation in 1990, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994. He has over 24 years of rich experience in the fields of Audit (Statutory, Internal and Concurrent) of Private Sector Companies, Insurance Companies, Trusts, Societies, NGOs, Travel Industry, Colleges, and reputed Schools of Delhi etc. His expertise extends in Direct Taxation, Audits and GST matters.

CA. NAVNEET B TAYAL

CA. Navneet B Tayal, partner, graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce in 1985 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995. He has over 23 years of rich experience in fields of paper producing companies, telecom services and large consumer cooperatives involved in public distribution. He is an executive member of Shri Ram College Alumni Association as well as on board of reputed companies as director. He has rich experience in audits, taxation and GST.

CA. ANUPAMA KUDSIA (nee GOIL)

CA Anupama Kudsia (nee Goil), partner, is a commerce graduate from Delhi University. After her graduation in 1986, she qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992. She has 26 years of post-qualification experience in varied sectors such as Textile Industries, Healthcare Services, Audits (Statutory, Concurrent and Revenue). She has over 10 years of experience in Power Sector before joining the firm in 2013.

CA. GUNJAN AGGARWAL

CA Gunjan Aggarwal, partner, is a commerce graduate from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University, she qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002. She is also MBA from ISB Hyderabad. She has over 16 years of extensive experience in the fields of Business Consulting, MIS, and Cost Control Measures. She has also worked with Arthur Anderson and Citi Bank NA before joining the firm.
